Im Erdgeschoss liegt das gro\u00dfe Wohnzimmer und die K\u00fcche. Auf dem Weg zur Terrasse kommt man an einem Wirtschaftsraum vorbei, wo Waschmaschine, Trockner und Gefriertruhe gen\u00fcgend Platz finden.<\/p>\n<p>Wen wir suchen:<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben dieses Haus mit viel Liebe ins Detail saniert, neue Heizung Elektrik und Fenster, so dass unser Mieter es genauso gerne haben sollte wie wir. Das Haus ist kein Neubau (1842 erbaut) aber es bem\u00fcht sich\u2026. Es hat viel Charme und eine tolle Lage. Hier kann man sich wohlf\u00fchlen und zur Ruhe kommen, einfach ein charmantes zu Hause. <\/p>\n<p>So suchen wir einen Mieter, der sich hier wohl f\u00fchlt, den Garten in Schuss h\u00e4lt und sich in der lieben Nachbarschaft hier wohl f\u00fchlen m\u00f6chte.
